Cambodian papaya salad
Bok l'hong(បុកល្ហុង) is Cambodian green papay salad. This delicious dish is very similar to Tam mak houng salad of Laos and green papaya Som tom(tam) salad of Thailand. However, this salad of Khmer people is piquant, more sour, less sweet and less spicy.  
Thai Waterfall Grilled Beef Salad
Nam tok neua (น้ำตกเนื้อ) is a traditional Thai beef salad. It is primarily stir- fried or grilled meat and herbs rather than salad. The dish is commonly composed of raw vegetables, herbs and stir-fried meat in a light, refreshing dressing of chili, lime juice and fish sauce.
Shaptra
Shaptra is a Tibetan delicacies meal of stir-fried meat tossed with ginger herb and fresh red chili. Since it is delicious and so simple, every Tibetan household makes some variation of shaptra — Stir-fried meat.

Tsuvian is a traditional Mongolian dish of homemade noodles prepared with mutto or beef, stir fried together with various vegetables such as carrot, onion, capsicum etc. and meat, mutton. The secret of the dish is in the noodles which are made of flour and water.
Budaatai khuurga
Budaatai khuurga is a Mogolian fried rice dish with shredded lamb or beef, onions, cabbage, carrots and bell peppers. The rice is sometimes seasoned only with salt, and others that use lots of spices like chilli, cumin and soy sauce.
Taiwanese oyster noodles
Oyster noodles(蚵仔麵線) is popular, Taiwanese noodle soup. Its main ingredients are oysters, braised pig intestines and misua (Chinese wheat vermicelli). The dish is usually served with a rich bonito-flavored thickened soup and homemade chili sauce, and optionally some coriander.
Hong Kong Rickshaw Noodles
Hong Kong Rickshaw Noodles(車仔麵) are fast served bowl of tasty noodles in the 1960s, it was sold as cart noodles in street corners. The dish usually served with fishballs, fresh vegetables and soft pigskin, braised egg etc. Types of noodles and toppings usually vary from stall to stall.
Jiǎozi (餃子)
Jiǎozi (餃子) is dumplings consist of minced pork or another fillings like ground goat meat, diced shrimp, beef and chives or chopped vegetables wrapped in a thin dough skin. Dumplings are a traditional dish eaten on Chinese New Year’s Eve, but also a daily food in North China.
Typhoon Shelter  Fried Shrimp (Prawn)
The Hong Kong dish, typhoon-shelter garlic shrimps (港色避風塘炒蝦) have originated from the people living in these typhoon shelters. It is commonly prepared with shrimp, salt, oil, a little Chinese rice wine, and served under a veritable mountain of fried garlic, scallion and red chili.
Crab Congee
Crab Congee is a delicious and popular rice soup dish of Macau. The dish is based on rice porridge in chicken broth and crab. Optional ingredients are egg yolk, ginger, scallions. Combination of crab and scallions in congree gives the soup a scented and flavorful taste.
Minchi (免治)
Minchi(Chinese: 免治)is a dish from Macau based on minced or ground meat and it has many variations. Traditionally it is made with minced beef and pork, potatoes, flavoured with molasses and soy sauce .The dish is usually served over rice with a fried egg on top.
Japchae
Japchae (잡채) is savory Korean stir-fried glass noodles dish. Main ingredient of the dish is sweet potato starch noodles; the noodles are topped with assorted vegetables, meat, and mushrooms, and seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Kimbap (김밥)
Korean dish Kimbap or Gimbap consists of a roll of rice (Bap) and several ingredients such as fish, meat, vegetables rolled in seaweed (Gim) and it is an ideal dish for a quick snack or for a picnic. And it can serve as a light lunch.

Hunan chicken is a stir-fried dish from the Hunan province of China. It consists of thinly sliced chicken breast with mixed vegetables like broccoli, carrots, peppers and mushrooms in a savory and spicy chili soy based sauce. The dish has now many varietis outside Hunan China.
Danzi noodles - 擔仔麵
Danzi noodles ( 擔仔麵) is a type of snack originated in Tainan, Taiwan. It consists of slightly thick Chinese wheat noodles in pork and shrimp-flavored broth, minced pork, spices and soy based meat sauce, and a single cooked shrimp that sits on the top. And optionally some coriander added.

Currywurst is a German fast food dish consisting of steamed, then fried pork or sausage typically cut into bite-sized chunks and seasoned with ketchup or curry ketchup, a sauce based on spiced ketchup or tomato paste, itself topped with curry powder. The dish is often served with French fries.
