Ayam Percik
Ayam Percik is a Malaysian grilled or roasted chicken flavored with spices and coconut milk. This is the favorite dish of Malaysia's east coastal region including the three states of Kelantan, Pahang and Terengganu.
Soto Ayam
Soto Ayam is a chicken soup with fresh turmeric , herbs and spices popular in Malaysia and Indonesia. Besides chicken and vermicelli, it can also be served with hard-boiled eggs and local rice cakes (ketupator nasi himpit).
Nasi Lemak
Nasi lemak is a Malay fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. Traditionally, nasi lemak is served with a hot spicy sauce (sambal), and usually includes various garnishes, including fresh cucumber slices, small fried anchovies, roasted peanuts, and hard-boiled or fried egg.
Mì cà ri Laksa
Laksa is a spicy noodle soup popular in the Peranakan cuisine of Southeast Asia. Laksa consists of thick wheat noodles or rice vermicelli with chicken, prawn or fish, served in spicy soup based on either rich and spicy curry coconut milk or on sour extract of tamarind or gelugur.
