After tried many varians of savory Bánh bèo of central Vietnam, I once got the sweet Bánh bèo in Mekong Delta.

There is normal variant with mung bean paste topping and served with a lot of coconut cream with a lots of roaste sesame seeds which I like, too. I also tried sweet Bánh beo made with pandan leaf juice. The topping is the same but together with the coconut cream with or without roasted sesame seeds.
