Tallarines is a South American noodle  similar to typical spaghetti  pasta of Italy but thicker. There are many variants of Tallarín dish in Lati Amrican like Tallarines con salsa de carne (noodles with meat sauce), Tallarín con pollo (pasta with chicken), Tallarín Saltado ( Peruvian stir-fry chicken & noodle dish).

All these Tallarín meals that use local South American ingredients combined with Asian or European influences. It’s a typical fusion food taking the best of  local food and show how the cultures that came together in Suth America ingeniously mixed their cuisines to arrive at a dish that is greater than the sum of its parts.

The native peope brought their incredible local ingredients like onions, tomatoes, peppers, to the table. Combined, these ingredients created this mouthwatering dish that is a favourite with almost everyone.
