A creamy and tasty soup that is as tropical as it gets. Sopa de caracol is a specialty of the Caribbean coast of Honduras. It takes flavors like coconut milk, ginger, and cilantro to create a succulent soup that should be at the top of your foodie bucket list (‘cause we all have one). A little white wine is usually added in order to achieve a sour flavor.
