Roast lamb

Roast lamb

Australian cuisine is at first lamb-loving diet culture beside the partial, less common seadfood-loving  diet culture. And roast lamb is one of the perfect dishes  in Australia for any  family roast dinner, plus it’s great sliced up and served in salads or sandwiches.

Roast lamb with rosemary and garlic is a classic Australian dish. Many people consider roast lamb as the Australian National Dish. The roast lamb is believed derived from  Sunday Roast, a traditional British meal, served on a Sunday usually after church.

Australia’s relationship with sheep is almost as old as western colonisation. With a healthy wool trade, naturally, there also comes lamb. Australia is the largest consumer of lamb in the world ( even more than New Zealand). As well as being delicious, Australian lamb comes with an added sense of identity.
