Revuelto Gramajo
Revuelto Gramajo is a delicious mix of potatoes, eggs, cheese, peppers, onions and more delicious goodness from the Uruguyan and Argentine cuisine.
The dish is common in Montevideo, and has been described as one of the city's "quintessential" dishes. Originally, the dish was created in Uruguay by a chef with the intention for it to be served to soldiers in battlefields, and at the time it consisted of fried potatoes, ham, scrambled eggs and peas.
