Pelmeni

Pelmeni are a traditional Russian food just like red Borscht, the amazing Olivier Salad and quick Russian bread. Pelmeni are the Russian version of dumplings cuisine that consist of a filling wrapped in thin, unleavened dough. They're mostly served on cold winter days with sour cream or just butter.
