The turkey cutlet dish with cheese of Ukrainian cuisine like French cordon bleu  is known as Mazuricks.

They are prepared from chicken or turkey meat (preferably from large or small breast fillets). In addition to the eggs, you can add some milk and melted butter to the minced meat, which will make the sausages even tastier. Sometime eggs and spices are added. It turned out delicious.

The stuffing for the inside of the cheeseburger is the same that you would find inside Ukrainian pierogi dumplings — a simple and tasty mixture of mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese and minced garlic.
