Ćevapi or ćevapčići
Ćevapi or ćevapčići is a grilled dish of minced meat found traditionally in the countries of southeast Europe. It is considered a national dish of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is also common in Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Slovenia, Albania, Romania and Austria.
Ćevapi are hand-shaped, case-less sausages that are especailly popular in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovinais/ This delicious dish is traditonally served in a flatbread with ajvar, a vibrant red pepper sauce, making for an easy to assemble supper.
