Caviar
Caviar is a food consisting of salt-cured roe of the family Acipenseridae. Caviar is considered a delicacy and is eaten as a garnish or a spread. Traditionally, the term caviar refers only to roe from wild sturgeon in the Caspian Sea and Black Sea.
Found in the Caspian Sea, Russian sturgeon caviar includes some of the best sturgeon caviars in the world, including mouthwatering Osetra and Sevruga caviars, with some lesser known but delicious options like Kaluga caviar and salmon roe.
Russian Caviar is one of the most valuable natural delicacies in the modern world. It is often called and considered the Black Gold.
