Carne en Palito

Carne en Palito is one of the simplest street bites you will find in Latin America. In other Latin or Spanish speaking countries, chuzos are known by different names. Chuzos de Carne or Chuzos de Res (Beef Kabobs) are a delicious Columbian food marinated in delicious Latin spices, beer and garlic

For example, In Ecuador, these are call “carne en palito”  which translates to meat on a stick.
