Bramboráky
To make Czech version of potato pancakes Bramboráky, all ingredients are mixed well into a dough, including grated celery, cabbage, leeks, and diced onion.
Once mixed, ladles of dough are poured into a pan and fried until crisp and golden brown on both sides. They are served immediately, and as a very popular street food at festivals and events.
Bramboráky pair beautifully with goulash. Many Czechs enjoy these delicious potato pancakes with a cold beer.
