Baked stuffed crab

Baked Stuffed Crabs is a famous Bahamian dish. It's the perfect festival food . The baked stuffed crabs is crabs stuffed with fillings and baked in crab shells. It is made of crabs, bread crumbs, butter, onions, yellow bell pepper, thyme, lemon, lemon juice and salt. And  the ingrdients seasoned with Old Bay and Cajun seasoning and bound with egg.

It is normally served with with steamed rice, vegetables , sliced lemon or baked potatoes. When served, the dish is drizzled with lemon juice and garnished with fresh lemon slices.
