Taiwanese oyster noodles
Oyster noodles(蚵仔麵線) is popular, Taiwanese noodle soup. Its main ingredients are oysters, braised pig intestines and misua (Chinese wheat vermicelli). The dish is usually served with a rich bonito-flavored thickened soup and homemade chili sauce, and optionally some coriander.
Danzi noodles - 擔仔麵
Danzi noodles ( 擔仔麵) is a type of snack originated in Tainan, Taiwan. It consists of slightly thick Chinese wheat noodles in pork and shrimp-flavored broth, minced pork, spices and soy based meat sauce, and a single cooked shrimp that sits on the top. And optionally some coriander added.
Taiwanese beef noodle soup(牛肉麵)
The red-braised beef noodle soup (紅燒牛肉麵) commonly known as Taiwanese beef noodle soup. Main ingredients for the dish are Chinese noodles, beef, herbs like ginger, scallions and other spices, as well soy sauce and sugar . The dish was first created by the veterans of Kuomintang in Taiwan.
Lu Rou Fan (滷/鲁肉飯)
Lurou fan Taiwanese braised pork rice (滷/鲁肉飯) is one of the most beloved Taiwanese foods. A good bowl of Lurou fan features finely chopped, not quite minced, pork belly. The pork is slowly cooked in aromatic soy sauce with owned ingredients Chinese spice and served with hardboiled eggs.
