Segedínský Guláš
Segedínský Guláš is a Czech goulash that is also popular in Slovakia. This goulash is pork, sauerkraut, and plenty of paprika. The dish is spiced with sweet ground paprika, caraway seeds and smoothed by adding sour cream at the end of cooking.
In the Czech, goulash ( guláš) is usually made with beef, although pork varieties like this one do exist, and are served with bread dumplings.
