THE STORY: Sauerbraten
I worked in Germany until my wife liked to come back to Asia. Sauerbraten was a dish I always looked forward to in the canteen of the bank where I used to work. I like the Rhine Sauerbraten most and tried also other regional Sauerbraten dishes.
