Picadillo Cua Cua

Piccadillo is classic Cuban comfort food, made from ground meat mixed with a flavorful combination of olives, capers, and raisins. The Picadillo Cubano is a simple, but satisfying popular  in Cuba. The flavors of this dish are incredibly intense and rich.

Traditionally, picadillo is served with white rice, but the potato and are also a good choice. Picadillo is common across Latin cultures with many variations, the meal features beef hash, eggs, and plantains.
