Draniki

Draniki (potato pancakes) is the most typical dish found in Belarus cuisine and the most popular.They’re generally served with sour cream. You can find draniki in most Belarusian restaurants as well as many fast food stalls.

This dish exists in numerous countries, but it's specially good in Bielorusia because its made of Floury Belarusian potatoes, which have great cooking qualities and are very tasty.
