Camarones enchilados
Camarones Enchilados is a Cuban dish’s recipe contains rice, black beans, and shrimp in a tomato sauce. Camarones means “shrimp” and enchiladas means “in chili”, but there isn’t any chili in the dish here, much like any Cuban dish.
Camarones Enchilados is popular and known in other areas of Latin Amrica and the Caribbean. There are several variations of camarones enchilados and different names for it too , or its variants– deviled shrimp, shrimp creole, camarones a la diabla in other countries.
